General trading rules:

Immediate cheaters' accounts deletion, no notifications sent.
Some of my sites have China traffic banned, so it wount be counted.
All toplists require minimum 1 or 2 incoming hits a day to stay listed. You stop sending hits - your site is hidden from toplist.
You must have a visible link on the registered site. If I see lots of traffic coming from your account, but nothing from the resgistered domain, i will delete your site.
No free third-level domains like thumblogger. If you're using those, you are either a newbie or a cheater: either way - I don't like you. So I reserve the right to delete such trades without notice.
Don't submit hardcore sites to softcore toplists, and vice versa.

I do check all sites manually from time to time, especially those who send decent traffic. I may not notice that youre cheeting at once, but when I do, I will also find time to return your 'favor' in my way. So if youre planning to scam here, let me thank you in advance for letting me use my scamming tricks on you with a clear conscience :))
It takes just 1 minute to find iframes or 1 pixel images in your lousy html code, but even without any special examination, an experianced webmaster knows a website with Alexa rank of 15.000.000 can not send 50 hits a day, it can hardly send 15. And when i see such a mystery, I don't go investigating where your hits are coming from, I simply delete and blacklist your ass.
As my blacklist is growing bigger, there is a high probability I will publish it on the pages of this site.
